Its purpose is to invest in the telecommunications industry facilitating growth and expansion of the capabilities of cable companies worldwide to provide high-speed Internet, expanded cable television services and VOIP services. Assisting these companies in upgrading services allows for the potential exponential growth of the Company's VOIP services investments and stimulates market competition to drive excellence and improvement of quality of life services for the community at large.

The company is comprised of four divisions.
The FGTech TV division is a cable television division designed for consulting and advocacy on behalf of cable companies and large cable associations worldwide.
The FGTech Broadband division is designed to facilitate communications and contracting of wholesale, cable-based, high-speed Internet to the Latin American cable television industry.
The FGTech VOIP division is designed to deploy wholesale voice and video over Internet Protocol to Resellers worldwide.
The Board of Directors of Future Generations Technology decided to create a forth division, FGTech Intel which will act as a research and development department that will continue to follow cutting edge technological breakthroughs and identify those that may be candidates for investment opportunities in the future.
